Tim Fitzwalter - Field Director

Tim joined Pimp my Lawn in Hamilton in August 2012 when the company launched its first Waikato operation. Originally from the UK, Tim and his family arrived in NZ in 2011. Tim has spent a large part of his working life in the Scaffolding Industry, initially as an employee and later as a business owner and operator. His work experience immediately suggested to us he will be practical, self-motivated, enthusiastic and know exactly what it takes to deliver. We also discovered for several years Tim adopted a similar service in the UK to look after his own home lawn, so we know he is the right man for the job. As far as we are concerned, hardworking with a passion for lawns is bang on!

Over 13 years, Tim has demonstrated hard work and commitment, earning him a promotion to Field Director. This new leadership role is a natural progression, reflecting his ability to deliver exceptional service and results.

As Field Director, Tim’s role involves overseeing operations, implementing strategies, and ensuring high service standards. His leadership is expected to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys traveling around New Zealand, watching his kids' sports games, mountain biking, and exploring scenic sites. His active lifestyle complements his professional role.
