Justin Bosley - Managing Director

Justin brings experience across business ownership, general management, and consulting, with a strong track record of implementing positive change and improving performance. A Chartered Accountant, he has spent over 15 years in restructuring and advisory roles, working across a wide variety of industries and business situations.

Alongside this, Justin has held ownership and General Management positions in the food industry, giving him a practical, hands-on understanding of what it takes to run and grow a successful business day to day.

As an owner of Pimp my Lawn, Justin is focused on building on the strong foundations already in place, while continuing to grow the business and support the team to deliver great results for customers. He is passionate about creating a positive team environment and helping people perform at their best.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys sports, coaching, fitness, and spending time with his teenage family. He has a genuine passion for gardening, native bush and of course, the perfect lawn!
