Hayden Hansen - Turf Manager, Hawke's Bay

Hayden joined our team in May 2021 after leaving an engineering career and opting to pursue a job outdoors and that is when we found him!

He has quickly become an invaluable member of the team and his eagerness to learn and adapt has been evident from the start.

Known for his meticulous approach and hard-working ethic, Hayden manages one of the large spreader sprayer machines, servicing lifestyle properties, schools, and commercial sites. His dedication and attention to detail have earned him the prestigious title of 2025 Operator of the Year at Pimp my Lawn.

Interestingly, Hayden was a former client of Pimp My Lawn. His transition from a client to a lawn aficionado and team member showcases his commitment and passion for the field.

Prior to joining us Hayden was a client of ours. We don't charge him for our services anymore, but he has paid his way to becoming a lawn aficionado.

A Hawke's Bay lad, Hayden enjoys spending quality time with his young family, balancing his professional achievements with personal life. He also dedicates valuable time to community services.
