We offer a free lawn inspection to begin with.
Our Lawn care operators visit the client, interview them, then the lawn is then measured for size.
A quote is then generated on the spot (using Mobile PDA units or more recently IPAD devices) and with the client’s acceptance, our Turf Managers can start treating the lawn immediately.
The system is fully mobilised so a quote can be generated and accepted quickly, which results in a high quote conversion rate.
On average, over 90% accept the quotation and adopt the service.
If a client is not home or needs more time the quote is synchronized back to head office and a copy is emailed back to the client
- usually within minutes of the lawn care operator leaving the property.
