Mitchell joined our team in May 2018 and we're delighted to have him join our steadily growing Auckland team. 

Mitchell is a fully qualified greenkeeper with a Level 3 Turf qualification and brings with him an abundance of knowledge to our saddle. 
Previously employed by Macleans Collges for 5 loyal years, Mitchell began as a grounds labourer but undertook qualifications in Grounds keeping at a national level which saw him gain promotion ot Senior Groundsmen in 2016. 

His skill set includes sports field preparation and maintenance, grass, cricket wicket prepaeration, fertilising and spraying, and he has also managed artificaial turf so he's got most bases covered when it comes to grass. 

Mitchell has an exceptional background in grass and after all these years still is crazy about it - so much so he is currently studying to complete his level 4 Grounds-keeping accreditation through the NZ Sports Institute. Wiith an enormous amount of sound knowledge Mitchell has hit the ground running for us.  He's knowledgeable, he's passionate and he's very efficient. At Pimp my Lawn we operate the same so it's good to have him around.

When Mitchell is not at work, he is either volunteering as coach for a a school rugby team or tossing a coin between the Warriors and the Highlanders.
